As long as you have a holding recorded by 10th November then you will be able to participate. 1 share will be offered for every 7 you own @ .13
A nice little discount for retail holders too. Insto's get them for .145 while we get them for .13, a nice little compensation for the dilution.
A good fair deal by management. I've seen a lot worse from other coys.
You will be laughing at this little hiccup in a few years time :-)
