Quick performance review of Mr Gary Sutherland (GS):

17/08/2010 - Kevin Wills (KW) announces resignation as MD, or top dog, effective 31/08/2010. GS will take over in interim

08/11/2010 - Effective immediately GS will be CEO

18/01/2011 - PFS results out

28/04/2011 - GS goes from being CEO to MD

25/05/2011 - Commencement of DFS

01/09/2011 - Citibank to scour the world markets for interest & money

During GS's reign as top dog we have had increased ore resources/reserves for PIOP, initial resource for canegrass and drill hits at PIOP.

Does this deserve 3,504,700 incentive rights/share based payments or 526k (today's closing price) and maybe more in $$$ figures in the future when they vest?

GS's salary is basically 400k for FY11 (310k FY10) not adding the $125,000.00 in share based payments he got in same FY.

At the AGM in 2010 GS got issued 3,504,700 rights before he became a director of the company.

The more I look into it the more annoyed I become, so I will stop.

GS - Secure the shareholders a rail deal, DFS completion/presentation, 1 billion plus global resource (400m plus DSO) and agreements with banks/partners to develop it (unless a T/O if offered) and at the next AGM I will vote to give you double what you are asking for now.

How about that?
