re: Ann: FMS Quarterly Report as at 30 Septem... I think the board is too late to change my mind. Regardless what they are going to do before the AGM, I already voted "No" and sent my form out yesterday. That's the only way they will listen!
To me, the management has no clear strategy on how to bring values for shareholders They don't have the determination to drive the company in the right direction. They said they are open to all options. Obviously, they either don't know what to do by themselves, or there is no clear winner among those options. So it is simple for me - get someone who knows to manage the company!
