Management are un officially on the books of mmk, they are not allowed nor does it seem if they were allowed interested in furthering fms. Fms is an arm of mmk already it seems.
As a shareholder the quarterly was irrelevant, as cash flow, outlook, resource upgrade etc won't affect me as fms is gone in 6 weeks.
We need a higher bid to benefit from fms massive assets.
