    re: Ann: FMS Scheme Implementation Agreement ... Why would they get into trouble? The under-the-table deal you refer to was above-the-table options fully approved by shareholders at the AGM. Even if it's true, nobody can prove they knew anything about the takeover offer prior to the AGM.
