While revenue and expenses by FND's services would have given us a better clarity, 2 mere facts are enough for me to stay fully convinced:
The management confirms the previous FY25 revenue and EBITDA outlook. That means the revenue for the H2FY25 will be almost double the H1 revenue!!! With no coupon payment for the CCD, the finance expenses should be $3m less than H1.
The FY24 half years clearly shows H2 is about 17% more than H1. With the additional BLA/WLAs and FindiPay franchisees, I feel, the actuals will surprise to the upside!!!
Though there are multiple factors attributed to the ~10% correction in Indian indices, such as FII selling, reduced Government Capex, the issues related to Adani group etc. the major factor for FND was the state elections.
