This weeks price and volume action clearly indicates some serious accumulation is happening.
Remember that an EBIT next year for arguments sake of $35m would put this company at a $7.00 valuation at a multiple of 10. Gotta think that’s a very very conservative target.
At $50 m EBIT it’s $10.00 per share at 10
Times multiple..
Consider FND with growth from the digital side over the next 2-3 yrs then you can reasonably assume a considerably higher EBIT and multiple - this stock will continue to re-rate and surprise on the upside year on year.
Get set guys - risk reward, this is a multi bagger from here in the next few years imho
Many worry it’s run to much from where it was 6months ago, but for me it has proven its business case with earning visibility and I believe the market is in the process of re rating this much higher. DYOR
