    market depth on this one is being "managed" to keep it steady below $4. Not sure if its for accumulation or maybe to do with these broker roadshows being referred to above... but it's loaded on the sell side to discourage the move above $4 for now.

    I think its inevitable it will take off above $4 shortly.
