DMX comment on Ebitda being 50m by 2026 which seems reasonable. If 20-30x ebitda multiple is actually achievable (this seems less reasonable) then the company valuation on BSE listing would be worth 1.25b at a 25x multiple. At 80% valuation accounting for managements 20%, that's a 1b valuation (if piramal is paid back). At ~65% Findi ownership if Piramal is not paid back, that's a 812m valuation. Share prices of $20.38 and $16.55 respectively. Its a hell of a story, and the company hasn't lead us astray so far.
