All through my last 10 months of holding FND, it has always surprised me to the upside, but never downside.
Have taken some profit, but then bought back on down days!!!
The success story is underpinned by acquiring TSI very cheap.
TSI has been ably led by Deepak (and previously by Mohnish), balancing debt, building capabilities incrementally, rolling out BLA/WLA without issues.
There are 2 events, in the next 4 months, further acquisition and the interchange fee increase, where the latter would add to the bottom-line to the following year without doing anything!!!
Then in May next year the FY25 figures will again surprise to the upside.
So today was a busy day for me!!!
