Golly, I hadn't looked up CYC in a few years; and nothing seems to have changed. For anyone who is interested in my rational skepticism, I suspect CYC will never get FDA approval. The FDA story has been the blue sky for more than 20 years!!! I was involved in CYC's backdoor listing and I was a true believer to my detriment. Technegas is used throughout the world (including for the past ten years clinically in the USA) and yet it cannot get approval in the USA. Does anyone else wonder why? Perhaps something (or someone) bigger than CYC has an interest in Techegas never being approved, or only once a big US pharma offers a better diagnostic. Think about it; and then ask Management why its trials never pass the FDA.
