    They might be paying top dollar but the ROE they are getting is great on their acquistions,
    The payout ratio on dividends is tiny, so once the acquisitions are all made and the industry consolidated, the payout ratio can increase.
    Have been watching for awhile now, but something is holding me back before purchasing.
