Long time reader first time poster.
Technically this stock is a dangerous down trend. As it couldn't hold above 3.3c the breakout failed and is back in the downtrend.
If 2.7 falls this will be back at 2.3 and then 2 in no time.
Fundamentally yes they have production but a seventy two million dollar company for sixty five thousand in sales? If they get to full production and with there haphazard history then perhaps a 40 million market capitalisation is warranted
6 months behind and some dream about a new plant in July cmon people, open your eyes even if they do have finance it wont be ready until next July at the earliest.
They have barely any cash left with a lawsuit hanging over there heads and not enough production to cover if it all goes pear shaped which is a big possibility
Management needs an overhaul as they have not hit an announced target ever like literally never . Read all the posts from the chiefs of this thread from July onwards last year they also have no idea as nothing has transpired, they bashed @coppashaft @jhurn1 @hangas and anyone else who spoke poorly of the stock but havent acknowledged they got a single thing right themselves
The chief and his cavalry will say stuff now about how India is different, the red tape is such a stark contrast to australia. They will follow this up with article about how airports are being built and infrastructure is booming. Well dear AP how about you give NSL the contract for the remaining 160k of capacity then and whilst you are there another 200k for the plant going up in the next few months.
The chief and his cavalry havent mentioned phase one or criticised management at all.
When management advised they had to use third party feedstock the chief and the cavalry all said its ok folks the margins are less but we are making money yet last year they were telling everyone how they would be making six to ten million a year off this plant , that 58-62% feed was "high grade" and its totally different to phase one.
Ask yourself this people, why are we not selling boatloads of 58-62 ore whilst the plants get upgraded. What ever happened to the chinese being on location, oh thats right communication isnt important anymore.
Isnt it interesting how cedric said for years that we had a offtake with BMM for our phase two product then magically when nothing transpires BMM is after 63 and wont between 58-62 agreed in the offtake, dont worry people the chief and his cavalry will tell you once the plant is upgraded to 63 that is high high grade feed bmm will take all of that .
Isnt it interesting that no one mentions JSW who signed an offtake with us , has cedric and co forgotten to follow up or has he forgotten to disclose what is happening with this offtake. The chief and cavalry will tell you JSW is too big to bother with nsl at the moment but when we are a big player they will come back to us. Ask yourself if that was the case then why did they sign the offtake?
Isnt it interesting that cedric mentioned all the customers lined up but only one yes one has bought stock.. but changed the order after one delivery to a lower grade despite steel mills loving higher grade feed.
Isnt it interesting that cedric and co have barely mentioned the steel plant, pellet plant or anything else since options were converted?
Isnt it interesting that the chiefs and the cavalry havent discussed that nsl had 5 million dollars in the bank in january and were using that for expansion purposes ! well its all gone folks and now we potentially have to use debt to build them no doubt with a substantial royalty or further dilution
this stock has more flags the the united nations headquarters
The chief will send the cavalry out now or perhaps tackle this himself
Chargeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Its a richmansworld
