Or Some are simply saving their coin. Perhaps take a loss and buy back in later, cheaper. Could help with tax time. Plenty more good options appearing on the radar now too. Until the dust settles, we can wait. Perhaps not really an ideal time to release a half baked PFS imo. If it comes out as a Positive and at the right time it might recover.
