If your hypothesis is correct in the sense that KRR can supply suficciently to the market, then KRR can choose wisely enough to be Glencore-alike dominant role in cobalt market, whereby prices can be / were managed in a beneficial way. Price, otherwise will not likely to 'crash', even more intriguing, historically speakiing, to 'crash' that degree, must experience a life cycle of booming. I would rather see a boom first for HPA and along with KRR.
