FNP EBITDA $5.4m (up 35%)
FNP owns 26% in ATM.NZ (which doesn't give dividends so these assets are not accounted for in the earnings). This 26% stake is currently worth about $71m AUD.
So a very crude valuation.
$27m = 5 times EBITDA
$71m = ATM investments
$98m total.
Market cap currently $51m..... I can see why there are no sellers in the market at the current price.
