i dont think thats relevant, if a person just wanted your money back; they should have cut their losses and sold long ago, you would have had 7 years to make it abck on other stocks if you did.
the biggest obstacle to FMLs SP is LM3.. but maybe ... just maybe TMG are having a go at clearing that up. lets see how deep their pockets are.. its easy to offer shares,. offering cash is a different proposition.. how much cash have TMG to spare to mop up LM3?
the second biggest issue is that FML do not care for any of the registry except for SD.
