interetsingly TMGs offer of 2 for 1 .. FML is now worth more than 2 TMG
not sure how to read into that, but anyone who took up the offer is now +-20% behind
what does that say for TMG?.. have they lost value because of poor choices with their cash exposing them to unforeseen CR prior to the offer? FML sp going up does not change their cash position unless the actually sell... good luck doing that if there is an about turn.
Maybe its just a case that TMG want to create an oportunity for a CR on their own stock at low prices if they feel confident of SA approvals.. but thats just shooting onspiracies in teh dark.. i donk know the answer. Between this and their crypto exploits .. its really hard to know what their BoD are up to; it just creates insecurity in understanding their modus operandi
