Yeah but now with licenses you would expect a bit of a premium.

And ECS paid, $2.5 mill cash, plus 100 mill shares at 5 cents. Which all in all is $7.5 million, and their facilities dont look as good as this Tassie operation looks. Look at the pics of Murray Meds facility at time of purchase:
And then look at what they get with Tas facility now:
Looks like a great buy if they can get it for anything under $5 mill. You got offices and a house as well. Great opp for whoever snatches it up.
