No matter which way you look at it the location is definitely superior. Better climate, better access to water, larger property, better access to transport etc.
It would be great to see what the Murray Meds property looks like today, they've sunk millions into improving it. And yes, plenty more room to grow but need updated licenses/permits to come through.
