this is so interesting that Matt Bailey has stood down from the Board, been there forever having presided over the massive downslide in share price.

Last time he indicated his intention to stand down from a Board / CEO role and resign, he and his family also liquidated a lot of (maybe all of) their Photon Group shares and then in the months to follow the incoming CEO found the terrible mess which was that business to basically be in financial ruins and the share price plummeted.

That was circa 2010 and thisis of course now 2021 and I'm not suggesting that the same will play out here, but not being a Director he wont have to disclose any sales or purchases for that matter in his holdings going forward.

But still this is one very interesting aspect of the announcment indeed, either way this business is desperately needing to show improvement and runs on the board financially.
