Maybe this is wishful thinking but I think Steven Cail has taken this role on with the mindset of turning this $23m cap into a $100m cap. He knew that the expenses could be reduced, he just had to take control so he could put his plan into action. Hopefully the first of a number of changes. Next stop open tender process.
