I know what you are saying, particularly with regards to EBITDA, as ITD and even A (non discretional write offs) are expenses in the in the normal course of events of being a Manufacturer
For the last two full years there have also been a high amount of Impairments and Write Downs, which one would think should be more the abnormal version of A than the norm.
In terms of holding the Board accountable, I do think it should be a high priority to get in the two proposed Independent Board Members.
The fact that some of the current Board are receiving payments as Related Party transactions is definitely not a good look when in context to the below prior two years results, not at all !
I'd simply like to know that the creditor balance for the initial $1m Eridani Order by Careline has been paid off ?
