The SP is where it is for a very good reason! The company will either make good on its promises, return the business to profitability, refinance its debt and restore the investment community's faith in the company, or it will drift along all the while doing business with its related parties, never achieving the turnaround and having to conduct highly dilutive and expensive capital raisings to keep it on life support.
What happens to the SP day to day is not worth debating and with a market cap of ~$28M a sneeze from the mail boy will move the SP.
