Two former Photon Group executives are about to move out of their non-compete periods. The non-compete agreements executive chairman Tim Hughes and chief executive Matt Bailey (pictured) signed when they left the troubled marketing services company last year are understood to expire on June 30.Mr Hughes and Mr Bailey were not available for comment. The latter has registered a company called The Bailey Boys, which was expected to enter the retail field marketing sector in competition with Bailey Group, the business the Bailey family sold to Photon in 2004 for $36.8 million.
