my take is that Wise-Owl cannot afford to bring any more of its 'members' (aka commodity in my eyes) to the FOD share register and have them risk capital and inturn Wise-Owl damage the reputation it so badly relies on with its 'members'

Tony's departure was pivotal IMO, and I beleive signalled deep issues at the Board level.

All of this going on alongside extended Victorian covid lockdowns, irrespective of whether FOD are "essential" and allowed to operate with Victoria and NSW in lockdown that's a couple of quite populated states without as many people in the aisles too.
