your comment also reminded me of these Insider Purchases, so in a way both CEO/MD Tony and Director Matt are very anchored to what the share price was 12 months ago, each with a $30K on-market purchase at the time.
Maybe this year they'll average down ? as neither have sold any holdings since this, and in fact Matt Bailey contributed another $100K via the SPP at the beginning of the calendar year following the AGM vote.
Also since, both Tony and Sales Director Nick have committed to 3 year tenure with the company, each having yearly performance options attached to that tenure too.
So I do reiterate, the next month is a very interesting time in what has been a re-shaping 12 months since the below.
