I also dug up the reverse ipo of FOD announced in Feb 2016 for 120mil shares on issue at 10c per share for a total market cap of $29mil. We are not worth much less than this currently but the shares have been subject to capital raisings and further dilutions. Now we have almost a billion shares on issue. If not for the cap raisings - we could have been sitting on at least 5 - 8 cents (in my own opinion).

I also have been reconciling my understanding of the performance and sign on options granted to initially Tony and then Nick. I'll finish that off later and post today or tomorrow, very interesting in terms of incentivised insiders and the mysterious $275K shares instead of cash for "Professional Consulting Services"
