@ich the "escrowed shares" of the Chairman is a bit of a mystery to be honest. The most recent 2A on the 6th of April had this section listing other escrowed and unlisted securities, but to my knowledge no holding representing the Chairman's as previously indicated in the 2Y filed on the 25th of Feb (see below)
So I sought clarification from the Secretary regarding why the Chairman's Escrowed units were not also included in this 2A ? No response provided then or yet !!! So maybe the "escrow" that was announced as part of closing out the Tranche 5 fiasco was nothing more than a promise not to sell any further holdings ? and an announcement to appease anxious shareholders in relation to Tranche 5 ?
If there's anyone else who finds this objectionable, I suggest the same request of the company to see if you get a response ?, maybe the question was too uncomfortable alongside other hard questions I've asked ?
The escrowed ordinary shares below relate to the other mysterious $275K shares for professional services and are way less than the Chairman's reported holdings.
