I have no intentions (nor expectation that we as shareholders should have) to read this in full.

I do think that Voluntary Escrow could be at play, and there is something called a Restriction Agreement or Restriction Notice at a glance, whether that would apply here and also be a document that should be lodged under the listing rules or not ?? Like I said I don't want to have to become expert in the listing rules to know I was asking a valid question and therefor expecting a clarification is a resonable thing. Which why wasn't it a reasonable thing anyway ?
