yeah been watching this for some time, I tend to agree except I'd only look at the last 18 - 12 months as prior to that is a different less relevant organisation given the 'management' of the past.
There's also (with a grain of salt and assumption of compliance) no notices of Top 20 or Directors selling, so with information at hand no true large holders are decreasing their holdings alongside the price drift downward.
