    I understand it with the majors is, that failure to supply becomes a black mark

    normally in SOME supply contacts
    if you do not supply on your supply date to the branch or base store
    there is a discount taken on your monthly payment

    5% is common
    yes you lose 5% of the $ value of that months order

    ps it really smartens thing up...
    pps I do not know what is in FOD's contracts
