for a bit of technical trading signals context, this morning's 3.2c high is the third fresh high in the 20 prior trading days (The Turtle Trading system) and shows that nudge up that you refer to off those June 30 tax loss selling lows
The other thing also, is price is on the verge of crossing the longer 65 day trend average, which normally signals a trend reversal, so this is a key thing to watch for IMO
So a few interesting things are being observed in terms of other buyer's actions.
