Chris, from an accounting standpoint this cannot be done. This would be a material anomaly from an audit perspective and would require reporting.
Cost of Sales relates to the cost of generating revenue.
It was extremely high last reporting period and is higher this reporting period.
It seems only the company can help us understand why operating costs have come down.
