It is extremely doubtful that the late lodged 4C was Tony's actual responsibility, primary responsibility with lodgements lies with the Secretary and in a practical sense even where there may be an internal requirement for other Key Management Personnel to check over the proposed announcements, the task of following up on that and actually lodging would lie with the Secretary, not just in FOD's case but in every listed company's case.
I seem to recall that Late Lodgement was immediately rectified within minutes of FOD being suspended for the day, and it wasn't lodged by Tony.
