To buy Equity Real Estate Partners or one of these opportunities one would suggest. I see this as a positive, Greg Paramor is a highly regarded property professional who normally wouldn't be dealing in small fish like this. The fact he is obviously implies he sees some considerable value in it.
Merger with their company would probably be a reasonable idea to give some bulk to the company, my only real concern would be that with sp being so low we pay over the odds.
It seems in general the market also likes the announcement!
