What a shame - these La Jolla/Lind types suck everything out in fees, free options, premium %s and low VWAPS when converting.
I'd imagine ASEAN is waiting for them at 0.4c.
Any claim, if legally valid, and although mediation is the primary goal, may be referred to the UN type options and I don't imagine any China/U.S battle is any excuse IMO. The market is extremely frothy, yet not for uranium, but the reality is that Lind stuffed any value at 1c.
It really bugs me how these leaches survive off cash strapped entities that are willing to give their business plan a shot. IT really does. I've seen it time and time again,
It just is what it is, but I may line up at 0.4c nowadays when I'm ready but a large U rise to $40 is a must for potential profit.
