'Was' $70m shares Rado; if they had to go deeper than first thought with more holes to be drilled due to what they are finding then the only reason legally in my opinion where they are still in the confines of acting in all shareholders interests is due to the shortened time-frame to obtain capital into the coffers rather than go to Joe-public. In line with that we do not know what they have come across, which in my opinion would show negligence on their part if they have come across something substantial. This should have been publicly advised, I'm yet to make an honest assessment as the company has not provided any "public material information" in respect to findings; which in my opinion the so called receivers of the first tranche of stock would be aware of and could be presently utilising this information on market. Last thing I want here is another Avanco Resources class action!
