This should have been publicly advised, I'm yet to make an honest assessment as the company has not provided any "public material information" in respect to findings; which in my opinion the so called receivers of the first tranche of stock would be aware of and could be presently utilising this information on market. Last thing I want here is another Avanco Resources class action!
