    I don't think STK would be that silly.
    As you said GML would be in a trading halt if that were so.
    If it were so, I would definitely change my moniker.
    Now that is a worry.
    GML and STK's management are not that impressive IMO.

    STK management would be in front by a nose.
    Why would they want an acquisition when there is so much drilling
    to be done in their own tenements ?

    When STK posted the announcement, I thought, beautiful ,more resource finds.
