Ann: Follow up sales of FelixTM System, page-12

Should’ve released this tomorrow AM, agreed, but there is genuine positives, let’s break this down:

• Repeat sale to Indians, nothing to rave home about in terms of value BUT for this product to take off, initial customers coming back is key, but more importantly….
• Indians report that Felix helps produce higher quality embryo in vivo (!!!) than current industry methods - in vivo means with live customers (it will take a long time for MEM to collect enough in vivo data to be able to officially say: our product is much better than everything else on market and leads to high quality pregnancies with low rate of disabilities commonly associated with IVF…but initial report from their first customers like this is highly encouraging for other potential customers, for couples looking to receive, as well as SHs like us
• Diagens, again, yes we’ve seen them in the last update and guess what their name will probably feature in most sales update, as they help sell MEM product suite into their Chinese network effectively - if I read the Ann correctly this sale is through Diagens but for a new Chinese customer (win!) and having a strategic partner like Diagens is critical to succeed in China (help fast track regulatory approval to sell beyond ‘research purposes’)
• Diagens confident of more sales in due course based on reports/exp to date
• Sales Manager progressing and AC reiterates focus on ramping up sales activities, momentum should pick up once that Sales Manager is on-board
