My only hope is that they have KOLs so much free starting material to trial that they still are shot to use it for free, so why purchase yet?
I find it hard to believe they wouldn't like the product, especially now that we've had a reorder.
I just think these facilities will be very cautious of a new technology. But once it takes off it will take off. Again, I believe in the tech, but management needs to sort their sh*t out
