    no offense, but if you really believe that all companies follow this rule to the T then I've to say that u r being quite naïve.

    companies some times sit on good news for days while selected few buy/dump shares before they release the news... here it was less than 1 hour.
    - computer network was down
    - the person who needs to sign went to toilet to take a big dump
    - went on a smoke break
    millions of reasons to delay by 1 hr
