I've consistently liked the molecule but agree PharmAust misses deadlines and is unresponsive, non-iterative, slow on its feet. The formal 28 days length of our trial was too short and unable to produce 4+ month survival times of 125 and 138 days. Such length is entirely from the run out into compassionate use. I remember "discussing" compassionate use with Mr Mollard some 9 months ago. At the time, the silly and unyielding company line was that compassionate use results could never and in no way be reported or analysed. Well.. welcome to compassionate use results being reported and analysed. PharmAust is frustrating and often its own worst enemy.. nothing to be done about it. Despite that, these look like excellent indicative numbers to me.
