Plus NASDAQ you really need to perform ,, delays are met with distain in the USA , just reflects poor planning and lack of ability to implement,, to be polite PAA would be identified as late for the occasion....
As above PA just need to Say What they are to do and do what was said......
Mind you messaging has certainly stepped up ,,AGM almost upon us....
