    Excellent news in respect of peanut butter but does this mean that BGA has to remove its logo from cheddar and string cheese and other similar products?

    Hopefully I am misinterpreting the latter point.

    Decisions of the Supreme Court of Victoria, even its Appellate Court, can ultimately be reviewed by the High Court of Australia.
