    Yes it's true that it is business as usual (at least for now) but given Bega only pursued its objections to Fonterra as counter-claims I wouldn't hail the decision as a 'win:win'. Fact is Fonterra initiated the litigation and lost. As the decision makes clear, Bega can still proceed to terminate its relationship with Fonterra but not on the grounds that Fonterra is breaching the original agreement. It seems the ball is in Bega's court (appeal avenues notwithstanding).
