Well I'll ask a pretty simple question. How will 4CE fund the exploration of this tenement? There was absolutely no mention of funding arrangements in this announcement. What is their plan?

At the half year they had $500k, and have since raised $800k. To farm in to the venture, they must spend ~$500k US.

After accounting for $250k in overheads for the past quarter, they have roughly ~$500k of cash. That buys you the drilling and assaying of about 10 exploration holes to reasonable depth, but the company must continue to fund overheads during this time.

In other words, they will very likely need to raise funds and I'd keep a very very close eye on who coughs up the money for this, and at what equivalent share price. Spend a bit of time to research CCC's and KAB's capital raisings before they went belly up.

Jason Brewer understands mining; but the handling of capital left a lot to be desired in his past companies.
