FORECAST: MEL: Meridian Energy's Statement of Corporate Intent
Meridian Energy Limited's Statement of Corporate Intent (SCI) was tabled in
Parliament today.
The SCI was submitted by Meridian's Board of Directors in accordance with
Section 14 of the State Owned Enterprises Act 1986. It sets out the Board's
overall intentions and objectives for Meridian and its subsidiary companies
for the year commencing 1 July 2012 and succeeding two financial years.
