Solution Dynamics (SDL) continues to generate improved results.  The company
produced particularly strong profitability in May on the back of better than
expected revenue from a combination of new business, additional business from
existing clients and modest one-off items.

Subject to SDL meeting its internal June budget, the company's previous
FY2014 forecast of a profit in excess of $400,000 is updated to guidance of a
profit between $450,000 and $500,000 for the full year.

SDL is also budgeting to finish FY14 with a net cash balance of approximately
$550,000 although timing of month end receipts and payments may cause
variance to this figure.
